HISTORIA DE LA ESCUELA DE MEDICINA HUMANA: De sus orígenes a su consolidación

Más que una narrativa histórica omnisciente, este libro pretende recuperar evidencias y testimonios a partir de los actos y relaciones sociales que giran en torno a la creación y evolución de la Escuela de Medicina Humana de la actual Universidad Juárez Autónoma de Tabasco, a 60 años de su fundación. Los testimonios obtenidos de los principales actores (docentes, autoridades, alumnos y administrativos), complementados con la revisión del material biblio-hemerográfico existente, constituyen la fuente básica de la información. Las vivencias y sentires de estos personajes son el principal aporte que se pudo obtener y que, sin duda, dan al lector la posibilidad de ubicarse en el contexto, recuperando anécdotas y situaciones específicas.

History of the School of Human Medicine: From its Origins to its Consolidation

Instead of an omniscient historical narrative, this book aims to recover evidence and testimonies from the acts and social relations that revolve around the creation and evolution of the School of Human Medicine of the Universidad Juárez Autónoma de Tabasco, after 60 years of its foundation. The testimonies obtained from the main actors (teachers, authorities, students and administrators), complemented with the revision of the available bibliographic and press archives, constitute the basic source of information. The experiences and sentiments of these characters are the main contribution that could be obtained and that, undoubtedly, give the reader the possibility of locating himself in the context, recovering anecdotes and specific situations.
